If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it, but you may be eligible for a return — see our returns policy below.

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of cannabis, seeds, or Premier Cannabis Genetics on the outer packaging. The sender name on the label is generic.

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of opened seed packs unless the item is faulty or not as described. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.

UK orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–5 business days via Royal Mail or DPD. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way. You can also track your order at any time.

Yes — free standard shipping is available on all UK orders over £75. Orders below this threshold incur a small shipping fee, shown clearly at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, first check your tracking link. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Feminized seeds are bred to produce only female plants, which are the ones that produce the resin-rich flowers most collectors are interested in. Autoflowering seeds flower automatically based on age rather than light cycle, making them faster and easier to manage. These refer to the genetic heritage of the plant. Indica-dominant varieties tend to be shorter and bushier. Sativa-dominant varieties tend to be taller with longer flowering times.
