Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled directly by our payment provider's PCI-compliant systems.
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed and no goods will be dispatched.

Orders over £60.00 qualify for free UK shipping. This threshold — and the rates above — are reviewed from time to time; the figures shown here and at checkout will always be current.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days within the UK, and longer for EU and international destinations, via Royal Mail or DPD. These are estimates and not guarantees.
All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of cannabis, seeds, or Premier Cannabis Genetics on the outer packaging.
It is your responsibility to check that importing cannabis seeds is lawful in your destination country before ordering — see Section 4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order to any destination at our discretion.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including postal strikes, customs delays, extreme weather, or carrier delays.
If you need to cancel an order, what happens next depends on whether it has already been dispatched:
Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns of opened seed packs unless the item is faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit.
If you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve the matter by way of replacement or refund at our discretion, including the original delivery charge where the fault is ours.
Separately, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the seed packs remain unopened and in their original sealed packaging. To exercise this right, contact us before returning any goods. Where this statutory right applies, refunds will be issued in line with our legal obligations, which may include the standard delivery charge — this may differ from the general policy above, which applies to cancellations outside that statutory right.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or, for orders cancelled before dispatch, within 14 days of the cancellation) and will be issued to the original payment method.
