Pakistan Chitral Kush (PCK) is a legendary pure indica landrace collected from the Chitral region of the Pakistani Hindu Kush in the mid-1990s. Chitral is widely celebrated for producing some of the finest Pakistani hash in the world, and this strain lives up to that heritage in every way.
PCK presents two main phenotypes: a lush green expression and a strikingly colourful purple/reddish phenotype. Both deliver high adaptability, short flowering times, generous resin production, and a pleasant, relaxing hash plant effect.
What sets Pakistan Chitral Kush apart from most Afghani indicas is its remarkable resilience. It is one of the very few pure indicas capable of ripening correctly even under rainy, cold conditions — making it a true jewel for outdoor growers in challenging climates.
Genetically unique, PCK has been confirmed via phylogenetic analysis to share kinship only with other PCK family samples and ACE Seeds' own Malawi x PCK hybrid. It is an outstanding breeding tool, freely contributing cold/fungi resistance, shortened flowering times, forest fruit terpenes, and spectacular colours to its hybrids.
