All cannabis seeds are sold strictly as collector's items and novelties — not for germination or cultivation. Germinating cannabis seeds is illegal under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 in the UK.

Orders & Payment

A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. Payment is processed securely; we do not store card details.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure seeds are legal to import in your country. We are not liable for packages seized by customs.

Returns

We cannot accept returns of opened seed packs unless the item is faulty or not as described. Contact us within 14 days of receipt for damaged or incorrect items.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. Nothing excludes liability for negligence causing death or personal injury.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
